WABRgA~, FLORIDA MAID CITRUS CORPORATION, a Florida cor-
poration, hereinafter referred to as the Mortqaqor, by Indenture
of Mortqaqe bearinq date the 20th day of J11ne, 1962, and re-
corded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Re-
cord Book 39, page 291, qranted and conveyed unto STRAZZULI~A
BROT~RS COMPANY, a co-partnership, hereinafter referred to as.
the mortgaqee, and their assigns, the promises therein particu-
larly described, to secure the payment of the swa of Seven 8undred
Twenty Thousand Four 8undred Ninety-five ($720,495.00) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned:

mortgagee to release the preiaises her~inafter described, being
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said Mortqaqe:

consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten Dollara ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by, or on
behalf of, the said mortgaqor at the ti.me of the execution hereof,

quit-clai.m, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation
of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its heirs, and assigns,
that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
more particularly described as follows: _

Citrus Grove, recorded in Plat Book 13, page 1,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida (also
known as the Silicote Sales Co., Inc. Block)

~ and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part

or encumbrances of the aforesaid mortgaqe on the remaining part (
of said mortgaqed premiaes, not hereby released therefrom, or }
