1969, between B. F. IVSY and FRANCS3 R. IVSY, his wife, 302 Fer-
nandina Street, Fort P'ierce, Florida, hereinafter called the
Lessors, and PADRICK (~VROL$T CQMPANY, a Florida corporation,
602 North 4th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called

the Lesaee, witnesseth:
DEMISE, T$RM AI~ID RSNT:
1. T'he Lessors lease to the Leasee the follawing des-
cribed property, located and situated at 514 North 4th Street,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, with the buildings thereo `
erected, to-wit:
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, BI,OGK C of the Plat of
Edgartown as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1 at page 160, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, said Lots being also described
as Lots 5, 6, 7 and S, of Block 8(C) of the
Assessor's Map of North part of Fort Pierce,-
Florida, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1, page 164, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, exceptinq, therefrom all
riqhts-of-way for Public Streets;
r for the term of one (1) year from the lst day of April, A. D.

Six Thousand ($6,000.00) Dollars, payable at Post Office Box 815,

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, in equal monthly installments of ~

thereon, in advance, on the first day of each month, the firat
payment to be made on the First day of April, A. D. 1969, in the

amount of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, covering the first

and 18st monthly payments of said tena.
