may be incurred by reason of any accident with the machinery,

adventure arising fram or in any way qrowing out of the use, mis-
use, or abuse of ~he city water, or fraa the burstinq of any
pipes, or from any neglect of the use or maintenance of the

premises, or any part thereof. !
(gj That it will not make or suffer any unlawful,
improper, or offensive use of the premises, or any use or occupan _
cy thereof contrary to any law of the State of Florida or any
ordinance of the City of Fort Pierce, now or herEafter made, or
which shall be injurious to any person or property, or which shal
be liable to endanqer or affect any inaurance on the said build-
ings or to increase the premium thereof.
(h) That it will not make any alterations or
additions in or to the premises without the written consent of

the Lesso=s, o= suffer any holes to be made or drilled in the
outside walls, or suffer any signs to be placed upon the building

~ except such as the Lessors, in writing, shall approve. The ap-
proval of the Lessors, in this instance, shall not be withheld
unreasonably. -
(ij That it will not assiqn, underlet or aub-
lease said premises nor part with the possesaion of the whole
or any part of the premises without first obtaining the written
