(1) That all property of any kind that may be ~
on the premisea during the continuance of this lease shall be
at the sole risk of the Lessee, and that the Lessorz~shall not be
liable to the Lessee or any other person for any i'hjury, loss or
damage to property or to any person on the premises.
(m~ T'hat no assent, expresa or implied, by the
Lessors to any breach of any of the Lessee's covenants, shall be
deemed to be a waiver of any succeedinq breach of the same cov-
enant.

declared bankrupt or inaolvent accordinq to law, or shall make an
