SURR$NDSR OF LEAS$
THIS AGRS~NT made this~~ay of April, A.D., 1969,
between 8. F. IVBY and FRANCSS R. IVSY, his wife, 302 Fernandina
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, Lessors, and POR&S•.Inc., a
Florida corporation, Fort Pierce, Florida, Lesaee;
W~RI;AS, by lease dated the 25th day of May, A.D. 1964,
the said Lessore leased to the Lessee the premises located at
514 North 4t~'~ Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, for the term of five ;
(5) years froaa the 17th day of September, 1964, at the monthly
rent of Four Hundred Seventy Five ($475.00j Dollars, subject to
the Lessee's covenants and the conditions therein contained,
said premiaes being more specifically described as follows:
Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, BLOCK C of the plat of
Edgartawn as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1 at paqe 160, Public Recorda of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, said Lots beinq aleo described
as Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, of Block 8(C) of the !
Assesaor's Map of North part of Fort Pierce,
Florida, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book l, page 164, Public Records of St. Lucie
