It ie further agreed, by and between the parties hereto,
in consideration of the aurrender of posseaeion of the above
premises, which surrender of posaession is acknowledqed by the
Lessors,and in c~naideration of the release and discharqe of all
mutual covenants and obligations set forth in said Lease Aqree-
ment, as follows: ,

l. $ach party 2~ereto acknowledges that the other has
fully performed all obligations on their or its part to be per-
formed under the terms and conditions of said Lease Agreement to
the date hereof and each party does hereby release and forever
discharge the other from any claim, riqht or demand of any right
or nature whatever arising out of said Lease Agreement.
IN WITNSSS WHERSOF, the Lessors have hereunto placed
their hands and seals and the Lessee has cauaed these presents to
be signed in its name by its Vice President, and its corporate
