THIS DEED, Made and entered into April 1969, between
ROBERT W. PADRICK, the dulq conatituted and appointed admiaistrator
of the estate of NORMA J. PADRICK (alsa kaawn as Noz~ma E. Padrick)
deceased, late o~ said cauaty, as party of the first part, and
FRANK W. RACE and ~OI~OriBEA E. ` RACE, of St. Lucie Covnty, Florida,
whose mailing $ddress is: 1103 Mayflawer koad, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as parties af the second part;
WITNESSETH: That on April 11, 1969, upon the amended petition
of the party of the firat part, the Honorable Jack L. Rogers, County
Judge, in and for said county, granted to party of the-first part
leave to sell the lands of the said Norma J. Padrick (also knawn as
Norma E. Padrick), deceased, for the purpose of paying debts of the
' estate and to preserve the remaining assets of the estate; that said
amended order suthorized the sale to be made for cash and the here-
