BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared J. W.
Dickson, who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that he has
been a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, for ~!D years last past
and that he was the managing representative of D~ A. p. Inc. , a Florida
corporation, on March 31, 1961, the date upon which that corporation
accepted a mortgage from Arthur Johnson and Elsie Johnson, his wife, to
secure $1, 292. 30 which mortgage was recorded in O. R. Book page
375 encumbering certain lots in Eldorado Subdivision described as Lots
19, 2 2, 23 and 26 without any specification of the particular block of
which the lots were a part. Affiant says that the named mortgagors as of
the date of:said mortgage were the owners of Lots 19, 22, 23 and 26 of
Block 3 of Eldorado Subdivision as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8,
at page 2 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and it was the
intention of the parties to said mortgage that those lots, and none others
were to be encumbered by said mortgage lien.
This affidavit is executed for the purpose of removing the clouds on ~
the titles to all other lots of the number specified in Eldorado Subdivison
; by reason of the mortgage having failed to specify the proper block.
