RAY to the BROOMES, in excess of ~41,000.00, together Mith interest
thereon, less all sGms paid by them or on behal! o! the BROOMES,
their heirs, personal representatives and essigns, as oNners oi
said real property heretofore conveyed to them by RAY. That nothing
contained in this paragraph shall impeir the righta of MARILYNN to
enforce said mortgage deed from RAY to MARILYNN as to the remaining
part of said Parcel 1 Nhich has not been ~onv~~red by RAY to the
BROOMES.
3. Thet ROBERT B. BU~ZSR, as Trustee, the assignee
or RAY's interest in said promissory_note and mortgage deed from
Wesley Harvey, et al, to RAY and FRANK, shall be authorized to pay
over and deliver to or on behalf of RAY, all of the payments received '
by ROBERT B. BUTLER, as Trustee, until such time as one-half oP the
unpaid principal balance of said indebtedness secured by seid mortgage
deed from Wesley Harvey, et al shall equal the sum oP $49,000.00,
less any and all sums Nhich RAY shall pay to ~he o~mer and holder
Prom time to time of RAY's said ~90,000.00 note to MARILYNN
(exclusive of any payments which the BROOMES shall make to MARILYNN
as the owner and holder oP said note, pursuant to said assumption).

f 4. The parties hereto do hereby eckno~ledge that the

~ mortgages held by the Federal Land Bank oY Col~.imbia and Citizens
National Bank of West Hollynood, referred to in said Property
Settlement Agreement, have heretofore been paid and satisYied; and
further ackno~rledge that MARILYNN has heretofore released from the
lien oY said mortgage from RAY to MARILYNN, Parcel 2 described in ;
said mortgage, phich is located in Okeechobee County, Florida.
