unimpaired~ and all debts, liabilities and duties of said •
constituent corporations shall thenceforth attach to the
corporation, and may be enforced against it to the same
extent as if said debts, liabilities and duties had been
incurred or contracted by it.
SEVENTN: This agreement shall be approved, signed and
acknowledged and filed as required by the provisions of the
Florida statutes and shall be effective upon such filing in
the office of the~ Secretary of State of Florida or oa November 30,
1968, whichever is later.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF a majority of Directors of SCOTT MATTSON
and a majority of the Directors of MELTREE being each of the
parties to this agreement have this 31st day of October 1968
