sworn, depose and say:
That they are one and the same persons as ~NRY WILLHOIT and
LILLIL S. 11ILI.HOIT, who were the Grantees in that certain Deed,
dated S~ptember 24, 1958, and recorded December 8, 1958, in the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in which D. Lloyd
Johnson and ~taryisabelle EQVrers Johnson were the Grantors; and
that this affidavit is made, eaecuted and recorded for the purpose
p} of inducing Gordon L. Chaffee and $leanor Y. Chaffee, his wife,

A parcel of land lying and being in Government Lot 1,
Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 $ast; run 911.71
feet Sast from the Northwest corner of said Government Lot
1 to a point of reference, which is the intersection of
the western boundary of a County Road and~the North line
of said Section 33; thence run 173.51 feet l~est on the
North line of said Government Lot 1 to the Point of
Beginning; thence from the Point of Beginning turn 90
degrees and run South 123.13 feet, thence turn 90
