partiea, relating to indebtednesa in the sum of TWBNTY-SIZ HUNDRED
($2600.00) Dollars, from first parties to second parties, and
WHSRTAS, first parties are purchasing certain property
located at 9207 South Indian River Drive, St. Lucie Cowa`ty, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, first partiea desire for second parties to have ex-
clusive right to possession in and to the hereinafter described
out-building located adjacent to the property herein purchased.
IT IS THEREFOR~ AGftTsED by and between the parties:
1. That first parties herein lease and let unto second parties
for a period of fifty ( 50 ) years or to the ~a~h - of se cond partie s
respectivelp, xhichever occurs first, the folloxing property, to-xit:
The two-bedroom frame cottage located to the
North~rest of the main house, xhich address is
9207 South Indian ftiver Drive, St. Lucie Countp,
Florida. ~
2. That it is agreed by and between the parties, that in the

event it becomes necessary or desirable/to sell sub~ect property
including the lease.hold interest of second parties,in such event

cancellation of this Lease Agreement. That in such event of cancel-
