And the matgagor turther covenants as tollows: -
1. That he will pay the indebtedness. as hereinbeiore pr~vided. Privilege is reserved to pay the debt in whole.
or in an amount equal to one or more monihly payments at the principal that a~e next due on the note, on the first
day of any month prior to maturity: ProridFd, however. that_ written notice of an intention to exercise such privilege
is given at least thidy (30) days_ prior to prepayment; and.'provided further. that in the event the debt is paid in
[ull prior to maturity and at that time it is insured under the provisions ot the National Housing Act, he will pay to
the modgagee an adjusted premium charge of one per centum (196) of the original principal amount theceof, except
that in no e~ertt shall the adjusted premium exceed the aggregate amount of premium charges ~vhich would have
been payable if the moctgage had continued to be insured until a~atority; such payment to be applied by the mort-
gagee upon its obligation to the Secretary of Howing and Urban Development on secount of mortgage insurance.
2. That, in order more fully to protect the security ot this mortgage, the mortgagor, together with~ and in addi-
tion to, the monthly payments under the terms of the note secured hereby, on the first day of each n~onth until the
said note is fully paid, will pay to the mortgagee the follaaing sums:

Any deficiency in the amaint of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unless ~made good by the mortgagor
prior to the due date af the next such payment, cautitute an event af de(ault under this mottgage. The mortgagee
may collect e"lete charge" not to exceed two cents (2a) for each dollar (Sl) of esch peyment more then [ifteen
(15) days in arrears to cover the extra expense involved in handling delinquent payments.
3. That if the total of ~tbe payments made by the mortgagor under (6) of paragraph 2 preceding shall exceed
the amountj of peyments actnally made by the mortgegee. for ground rents. taxes and assessments and insurance
premiums, as the case ahay be, such exress sha11 be credited by the moctgagee on subsequent payments to be
made by the mortgagor. If, however, the monthly payments made by the mortgagor under (b) ot paragraph 2 pre-
ceding shall noi be sufficient to pay groand rents, taxes and assessm~~nts and insurence premiums. as the case
mey be, ahen the same s6a11 become due end peyable. then the moctgagor shall pay to the mortgagee an~ amount
~ necessary to make up the deficiency, on or befae the date when payment of such ground rents, taxes. assessments.

~ detault, the mortgagee shall apPly, at the time of the commencement of such proceedings or at the time the prop-
erty is otherwise acquired,the balence then remaining in the funds accumulated under !b1 of paragraph 2 preceding
as a c~edit againat the amount oi principel then remaining unpeid under said note and shall properly adjust any
paymenta which siwll have been mede undet (o) o( said paregraph.
