the assignment now about to be effected has been er~ected

to evidence their agreement to such assignment.
Know All Men By These Presents tY:at first party for
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consideration to hi~
in hand paid simultaneously with the e~ecution and delivery of

hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, assigned,
transferred and set over, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said
second parties an undivided 34~ interest o~ the unpaid ~alance
of the note secured by the mortgage, and an undivided 34%
interest in the mortgage, together ~aith 34% of th~ ~rincipal
