parcels of land for road riqhts of way for that portion of Section
94500-2606, 35th Street, in St. Lucie County, Florida, as surveyed
and located by the State Road Depari~aent of Florida, and shown upon
said map of survey and location and said riqht of way map thereof
on file ia the office of the Clerk of t~ie Circuit Court, in and for
St. Lwcie County, Florida.
That said suit is brouqht pursuant to the power of eminent
domain vested in said Petitioners under the Constitution and Laws
of the State of Florida. .
