'3: T'hat the righ~ts, claims, interest, title and claims of
~ ~ '_title'of the defendant, MILTON WEISENBERG, derived through or under
that certain assignment of mortqage, dated February 26, 1957, given
by T. J. Durrance, Sr., and T. J. Durrance, Jr., to the defendant;
MILTON WSYSSNBERG, and recorded in O.R.Book 23, page 195, of the pub-
~ ~ lic records of Highlands County, Florida, are+ severally, hereby can-
celled as a cloud or clouds upon the said title of the plaintiffs,
CBARLES 8. CARLTON and MARILYN F. CARLTON, his wife, and AI,BERTA CARLTON
~ HAYES, a Free Dealer, and the Clerk of ~his Court is hereby directed
to ~ancel and strike said assignment of mortgage of record; and that
- the title of the said p2aintiffs to said Zands, in fee simple, is
forever quieted and confirmed against said defendant$, MILTON WEISENBERG, `
and all unknown grantees, assignees and other parties, claiming any
interest by, through or undez MILTCN WEISENBERG, and all parties hav- .
, ing or claiming.to have any right+ title or interest in the said lands~
_ and that~said defendants and each of them are forever enjoined and
zestrained from setting up or attempting to set up, assezting or attempt-
ing to assext, any title, right or claim against the title of said
plaintiffs hereby quieted. _ •
4. That the plaintiffs axe entitlec3 to a judgment, for `
attorney~s fees, expenses and costs incurred by them by zeason of
the fraudulent, malicious and inequitable conduct of the defenclant,
MILTON WEISENBERG, in this action; that the Motion To Strike filed
herein by the defendant~ MILTON WEISENBERG, be, and it is hereby, ~

a~n~a; that the defendant, MILTON WEISENBERG, shall pay to the plain- ~
tiffs herein safd attorney~s fees~ expenses and costs, to be taxed ~
upon motion, notiee and hearing; and as to any other defendants who
