I hereby certify that the attached instrument is an oriqinal
executed carbon copy of the original MEMORANDUM TRUST
AGREEMENT prepared by the law office of CYPEN, SALMON & CYPEN,
Attorneys at Law, 420 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, Florida 33139;
that I was a partner in said law firm when the oriqinal instrument
was executed on july 26, 1957, by IAURENCE EPSTEIN, 1Yustee,
and delivered to IAURENCE EPSTEIN, now deceased; that the original
instrument cannot now be found by MRS. MAE EPSTEIN; widnw of
L,AURENCE EPSTEIN; and, that the attached instrument has been
in storage in our office-client file until this date, when it was
specifically removed for the purpose of havinq it recorded among
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
