The East quarter (1/4j of the northwest quarter (1/4) of
Section eight (8) , township thirty-five (3 5) south, range
thirty-nine (39) east, St. Lucie County, Florida, less
and except all rights-of-way for public roads and drainage '
~ canals and subiect to an existing first mortgage to H.
Kirms and Luanna Kirms, his wife, and subiect to a second
mortgage to Ethel P. Sansone and Anne Cody Jones.
THIS ASSIGNMENT is made without recourse whatsoever.
