THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the lst day of May, I969, ~
` before the Honorable Wallace Sample, one of the Judges of the
above styled court, and Edv~ard R. I.aFond, Foreman, and five
other JuroYS, who being duly sworn in accordance to laa and
after hearing testimony and charges of the~Court and being fu12y
advised in the premises, and having retired to cansider their
verdict, returned to open Court and return the following verdict:
"We, the Jury, find for the Plaintiff, ROBERT ADAMS, and
against the Defendant, TROY SHEARER, and asses his damages as
follaws:
