Nielsen. Albert Boyar and National Bank of North America, as Executors of the Estate of Olga B. Nielse~, deceased, the owners and holders of a certa in mortgage deed executed by Joseph J. Sc iturro and Ela tne I, Sciturro, his wife, and Sa~a M. Sciturro and Judith A. Sciturro his wife, to Carl F. Nielsen, Albert Beyar and National Bank of North America, as Executors of the Estate of Olga B. Nielsen, deceased bearing date the 27 day of June, A.D. 1968, recorded in Off icial Records Book 172, page 1855, in the off ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing one certain note in the principal sum ~f THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 (~37,500.00) DOLLARS, and certain promises and obl igat ions set forth in sa id mortgage deed , upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit: Begi~ning at a point on the high water mark on the East bank of the Ind ian River 400 f eet south of the North 1 ine of Government Lot 1 of Section 9, Township 34 South, Range 40 East; thence run Southeasterly~~meanderfng said high water mark of the Ind ian Rf ver to a po int wh ich is 1, 000 f eet due South of sa id ~ North line of said Government Lot•1; thence run East parallelling the North 1 ine of sa id Government Lot 1, the North 1 tne of Sect ion 10 and the extension thereof, to the high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean which is oti the East line of Government Lot 1 of Section 11, said Township and Range; thence Northerly, meandering the ehore I~ 1 ine of the 8tlant ic Ocean to a po int wh ich is 400 f eet South of ; the North line of said Section 10 as the same is extended Easterly; ~ thence run West parallelling and 400 feet distant fro!~a the extended North line of Section 10, the North line of Section 10 and the North 1 ine of Government Lot 1 of Section 9, to the point of beginning.
