ADDENDUM TO MORTGAG$ . . : : , : . , ~ . `
The undersigned hereby stipulate and agree in consideration
of a$75,000.00 mortqaqe loari beinq made to them by Citizens Federal
Savinqs and Loan Associativn, which ~oan is secured by a certain
mortqaqe recorded in O.R. Book 177, at Paqes 29-30, and the note exe-
cuted in connection therewith, as follows:
To further secure unto the association, the payment of the
aforesaid note, and the performance by the~tortgaqor of all of their
promises and covenants therein made, the-undersiqned mortgaqor does
hereby transfer, assign and set over unto the said association (mort-
gaqee) all of the rents, income and profits now or hereinafter per-
taining or a~ising from said property described in said mortqage, with
full pawer and riqht unto the said association to receive and collect
the same; provided, however, that so long as the mortqagor shall
faithfully keep and perform each and every promise and covenant set
forth in said note, mortqage, and the supplemental aqreement executed
in connection therewith, which supplemental aqreement is filed with
Q.R. Book 138
the association, and a copy of which is recorded in p~8es 115-118 ,

pursuant to 695.02, Florida Statutes, in the Official Records of ~t.
