R$LEAS$ AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MSN 8Y THESS PRESBNTS:
WH$REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ihe "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, i~ Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed ~o Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, r3reinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Aundred .Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHSREAS, the said mortgagor has req~s~ted the said .
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of ~
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consider$?tion of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more ~
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encwnbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
