RNOW ALL MEN BY THES$ PR$SENTSs
WH$RgAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the offi~e of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe ,
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
. with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WH$REAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. ~ ~

NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that •
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows:

said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which

description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, 4
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
