WEI$REAS, Iioliday Out in America at St. Lucie, inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as !he "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 19b8, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in OfEicial Record Book 173, paqe ~
2654, granted and conveyed to 8arnett First National Bank, f
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter reEerred to as "mortgagee", and
its assiqns, the premfses therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thoust~nd ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
. AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reques ted the said
mortqaaee to release the premises hereina£ter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said nwrtqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in conside=ation of
the payment of the su.m of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it fn
hand gaid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more ' ~
partinularly described as follows: ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the a~rtqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated ax~d discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
, and every part thereoE; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encwnbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the ri3hts and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
