RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESS PRESENTS:
WH$RSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucfe, Inc., a
Florida corporacion, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of Septeraber Z6, 1968, and recorded in
the otf ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in atid for the Couuity
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, pa?qe
2654, granted and conveyed to 8arnett First National Sank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqagee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred~Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with in~erest as therein mentioned.
AND WHERBAS, the said mortqagor has reque~ ted the said
mortgagee to reler~se the premises hereinafter described, beir,q
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lier? and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Tsao Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more '
particularly described as follows:

said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which

description of the property released. .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the_appurtenances,
unto the mortqagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein coatained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq paurt
oF said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and rezaedies of the holder thereof. • .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 21st day of j
