WH$REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corg4ration, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and'for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned. ~
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has reques t~d the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. '
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of .
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the~lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assiqns, that .
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more ~
particularly described as follows: • ~

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the.appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq t
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish tre effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining pait
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
~ the righte and remedies of the holder thereof. -
