KNO~ ALL M8N BY THES$ PRESSNTS:
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a .
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgagorp,
by Indenture bearinq date o£ September 26, 1968, and rec:orded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
Z654, qranted and convcyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has reques tedthe said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more .
particularly described as fol2ows: ~

description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise unpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies o£ the holder there.of.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
instrument to be siqned at Jacksonville on this 6th day of
March , 1969.
