RELEASE AND SATISFACTION ~
RNOW ALL 1KSN BY THBS$ PRSSBNTS:
WH$RBAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "a?ortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the Caunty
of St. Lu~ie, 3tate of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with intc:rest as thereia mentioned.
AND WHBRSAS, the said u~rtgagor has reques t~d the said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaqed premisG~, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. "
NOW, THEREFO~,-The said mortgagee, in consideration of .
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit- r-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the•lien and operation of said .
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that .
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, ,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encwabrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq part '
' of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ~
; the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. . .
