KNOW ALL MSN BY THES$ PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of Septerober 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654,~granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand i$300,000) Dollars, .
with interest as therein mentioned. ~ ~
AND WH$RSAS, the said mortgaqor has reques tedthe said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage. '
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in _
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, doea remise, quit- ~
claim, exonerate and discharge from the•lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that .
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, inore

and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqaqe on the remaininq part '
of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. •
