WHSRSAS, 8oliday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporatian, hereinafter referred to as ihe "mortqaqor',
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the County
of St. Lucie, State of ~lorida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe ~
,2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousanid (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHBRBAS, Lhe said mortqaqor has reclues ted the said
mortqaqee to release tY:4 premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe. '
NOW, THEREF~RE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of -
the payment of the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit- ~
claim, exonerate and discharge from the-lien and operation of said •
mortgaqe unto the said nartqagor, its successors and assigns, that -
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more !

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said anortqage, ~
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in a~nywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaining part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ~
! ~ the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
