WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a .
Florfda corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqagor",
by Indenture bearinq date of Septemher 26, 1968, and recorded in .
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book i~3, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Harnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises tl~erein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Sundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as t~grein mentioned.
AND WHER~AS, the said mortgaqor has reques ted the said
mortqaqee to re2ease the premises hereinaEter described, beinq
part of ~aid mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqage.
NOW, THERr:FORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate an3 discharge £rom the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more ,
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise i.mpair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
. the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
