16. The Mortgagor will give immediate notice by regiatered

transfer or change in ownership of such property, or any part

assigns of the Mortgagor, and, to the extent permitted by law,

binding upon and inure to the bene~it of the Mortgagee and its
assigns. If the ~Iortgagor, as defined herein, consiats of two~or
more parties, this ~Iortgage shall constitute a grant and mortgage

the plural, the plural number ahall include the eingular, and the
use of any gender shall be applicable to all gendera wherever~the ~
