TOGETHER with any and all awards now or hereafter madE for the
takin~ ~f the property ~rtgaged hereby, or any part thereof (in-
cluc~~:;; any easement by the exercise of the power of e~e:.:~ent c~-
main, including any award for change of grade of any streez or other
roadway, which awards are hereby assi~ned to the Mortgagee and are
deemed a part of the property mortgagec hereby, and the Mortgagee is
hereby authcrized to collect and receive the proceeds of such awards,
tio gi~;;: pro~zr receipta and acqu~ttances therefor, anc~ to apply the
s^.e toward t:le ~aymen; of the ~ndebte:ness secured by this Mortgage,
:~otiwithstandiag the fact that the ~..~ount owing thereon z~wy not then
be due and payable; and the Mortgagor hereby agrees, upon request,
to.make, exacute and deliver any and a2? assignments and other in-
struments sufficient for the purFose of assign~ng each such award to
the Mortgagee, Y'ree, clear and diseharged of any encumbrances of any
kind or nature whatsoever; and
TOGETHER with all right, tit~e and interest of the Martgagor in
and to the land lying in the streets and roads in front o~ and ad-
joini:~g the abcve described lan~ (all the above described iand, ,
buildings, c~her structures, fix~ures, articles of persona~ property,
awards and other rights and interasts being hereinafter co~lectively
called the '~mortgaged property").
TO HAV~: ~ND TO HOLD the mortgage~ property and every part thereof
unto t:z Mortga~ee, its successors ann assigns forever for the pur-
poses ~.nd uses herein set forth.
