16. The :~ort~agor will give im~ediate notice by registered
or certified mail to the Mortgagee of any f~.re, damage or otY:er
casualty affecting t~e mortgaged property, or of any conveyance,
transfer or change in ownzrship of such prcperty, or any part
thereof.
17. Notice and demand or request may be made in writing and
may be served in person or by mail.
18. In case of a foreclosure sale of the mortbaged property
it may be soid in one parcel.
19. The Mortgagor will not assign the rents, if any, in whole
or in part, frc:~ the mortgaged property, or ar~y part thereof, with-
out the prior written consent o~ the Mortgagee. -
20. T'::~ ::~rtgagor is lawfl.illy seized of tha mortgaged property
and has good rig:~, full power and lawful authority to sell and con-
vey the same in the manner above provided, and wi31 warrant and
defend the sa~a to the Mortgagee forever against the law~.il claims
and demands of any and all parties whatsoever.
2'i. The ~tortgagor hereby waive~ the benefit of all home-
stead exem~+ions as to the debt secured by this Mortgage and as
to any expenditure for insurance, taxes, levies, assessments, dues
or charges incurred by the Mortgagee pursuant to any provision of •
this tiiortga~e.
