TOGETHER with any and all awarde t~,pw or berea~ter made ~or the
taking of the ~i~operty mortgaged hereby, or a~q part tbereoY (in-
cluding any easement), by the exerciee of the power of eminent do- ~
main, including any award for change of grade of any etreet or otber
roadway, which awaxde are hereby aseigned to the Mortgagee and are
deemed a part of the property mortgaged hereby, and the Mortgagee ie
hereby suthorized to collect and receive the proceeda of such awarde,
to give~proper receipts and acquittancea therefor, and to apply the
aame toward the payment of the indebtedness eecured by this Mortgage,

AND the Mortgagor i'~irther covenante and agrees with the Mortgagee,
as tollowa:
1.~ The Mortgagor will promptly pay the principal of and in-
terest on the indebtedriesa evidenced by~the Note, and all other •
charges and indebtednese provided therein and in this Mortgage, at
the times and in the manner provided in the Note and in thia Mortgage.
2. The Mortgagor will pay when due, ae hereinafter provided,
all ground renta, if any, and all taxes, assesementa, water rates
and other governmental charges, finea and impositione, of every
kind and nature whateoever, now or hereafter imposed on the mortgaged
property, or any part thereof, and will pay when due every emount of
indebtedneae secured by any lien to which the lien of thie Mortgage .
