16. The Mor~gagor will give immedia~e notice by regiatered
or certi~ied mail to the Mortgagee of any ~ire, damage or otber
casualty affecting the mortgaged propQrty, or o~ any conveyanoe,
transfer or chauge in ownerehip of auch property, or any part
thereo~.
17. Notice and demand or request may be made in writing and
may be served in person or by mail.-

18. In~case of a forecloaure aale of the mortgaged property
. it may be aold in one parcel. ~
19. The Mortgagor will not a9sign the rente, if any, in whole
or in pa~~~, from the mortgaged property, or any part thereof, with-
out the pr~or written-consent of the Mortgagee. - ~
~ 20. The Mortgagor is law~,illy seized of the mortgaged property .
and has gQOd right, ~,ill power and lawftiil authority to aell and con- .
vey the same in the manner above provided, and will warrant and ~

29. The Mortgagor hereb~t waives: the benefit of all home- •
stead exemptions a9 to the debt secured by this Mortgage and as
to any expenditure for in9urance, taxea, leviee,-aasessments, dues
or charges incurred by the Mortgagee pursuant to any proviaion o~
thi9 14ortgage .
f _Tr:i9 Mortgage and all the covenants, agreements, terms and
~ conditions herein contained shall be binding upon and inure to.the
benefit of the ~Mortgagor and the heirs, legal: representatives and ~
assigns of the Mortgagor, and, to the extent permitted by law,
every subsequent.owner of the mortgaged property, and shall be • ,
binding upon and~inure to the benefit'of the Mortgagee and its
assigns. If the I~iortgagor, as defined herein, consi9ts of two~or
more parties, this Mortgage shall conetitute a grant and mortgage
by all of them jointly and 9everally, and they shali be obligated
jointly and severally under all the provisions hereof and under ~
the Note. The word '~Mortgagee'~ shall include any pereon, corpor- -
ation or other party who may from time to time be the holder of this
~iortgage. Wherever used herein the eingalar number shall include
the plura~, the plural number shall include the singular, and the
use o~ any gender shall be applicable to all genders whereverithe
sense requires. ~
