madntenmioe a~d up~eep hereby authorize tmd give ~y (our) consent to the following
1. Whenever C:ENERAL DEVII.OPMF.NT CORPORATION, its succes~o~s or assigns, shull notify
the undersigned in wrltyng at the addrese indioated below (or at such other address ~ may be desig-
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises cae not in a reasonable state oi
appearcmoe amd repair oonsistent with the general appe~~oe mr?d state oi repair of other properties
within the immediate vicanity, the undersigned aqrees to acc~omplish the required repcrirs, maintencmce,
etc., set forth in said notice within IS dayg after receipt of same.
2. If the undersigned shall fanl or refuse to accomplish the required repcrirs or mmntencmce,
etc., within the presc~ibed time, GENERAL DEVQ.OPM~1T CORPORA3'ION, its succ~essors or assigns,
acting by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises Eor the purpos~ oi doing
the neaess~y work. Provided, however, that such worY shall be limited to lawn ~d yard mainten~ce
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appeaQCmce, and to painting cmd minor repairs to the exterior of
the buildinq or buildings, sitnated on the pa~emises in order to prevent cm unsighily or unsate oondition.
3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORFORATION, its suc-
cesscrs or assigns, in bringing about amd aecomplishing the work refened to in the notive, the under-
signed agrees to ma1~e payment thereo! within 10 days atter demcmd. Provided, however, that demcmd
for pcayment shall not exveed actual costs or eapenses incurred.
4. In ihe event that ihe undersigned shail fanl ar refuse to make payment of the actud c~osts or ;
expenses incurred, ihen, and in that event o~nly, GENERAL DEYELOPMEI~iT OORPORATION, its suc- ~
cessors or assigns, may undertal~e o~llection of the sum whirh the undersigned is obligcrted to pay
hereunder, together with all costs of oollection including a re~onable crttoraey's fee. GENERAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPQRATION may, in additicxi to other remedies prescribed by Fiorida law, give
notice ihat it ha~ aoquired a lien agc~nst the subject pcoperty for ~md cunount ~d may file a Notice
ot Lien among the Public Recaa~s of the County in which the premises cae situated.
This agreement sha11 be binding upor~ my (oar) heirs, suc~easc~s ar assigns cmd shall be aon-
