Florida corporation, party of the second part, do bereby grsnt,
bargein, sell, assign, transfer, and set over unto the said party

(2) That certain mortgage bearing the date the 31st of January,1964
and recorded in O.R. Book 80 , at page 523 , of the public records
of St. Lucie County, FLorida, encumberinR
Lot 9, Block 4, Southera Pines Snbdivision as per plat thereof
on record in plst book 9, psge 68, of the public records of
St. Lucie Couaty, FLorida. _
(3) That certain mortgage bearing the da~e the 31st day of i
January, 1964 and recorded in O.R. Book SOq!~age 471, of the
public records oP St. Lucie County, Florida eneumbering
Lot 8, Block 4, Southern Pines Subdivision as per p2at
tbereof on record in plat book 9, et page 68, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the notes, or obligations described in the aforesaid
mortgagea, and monies t~ne and to become due thereon, ~rith interest
from the day of 196 , vithout recourse. ~
