WEi$REAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucfe, Inc., a
Florida corporation, herefnatter referred to as ~e "mortgagor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the oftfce of ths Clerk of the Circuit Court in and ~or the County
of St. Lucie, 3tate of Florida, in Otficial Record Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted a~nd conveyed to PArnett First Nationa2 Bank,
Jacksanville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assfgns, th~ premises therein particulerly described, to secure
the p~?yment of the eum ot Three Hundred Thousand (5300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentione~.
AND WHERSAS, the said mortqaqor has requa~ teithe said
mortqaqae to release the premises hereinatter described, beinq
part of said nwrtqaqed premises, from the lien and cperatfon of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the pay~?ent of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to ft in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge ::~m the lien and operation of said
uartqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that ,
certain portfon of the premisea conveyed by said niortqaqe, more

unto the mortga9or, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqad of and from the lien of said mortqage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impafr, alter or diminish the effect,
lien ~r encumbrance of th~ aforesaid Mortqaqe on the remaininq part
of aafd mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
