WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as 1he "mortgaqor",
by Indenture bearing date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and~for the County
of St. Lucfe, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortgagee", and
its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned. ~ ~
AND WHBRBAS, the said mortgayor has reques~t6d the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, £rom the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of .
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2040.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is ackn~wledqed, doea remise, quit- r•
claim, exonerate and discharge from the-lien an3 operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assiqns, that .
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more .

unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, ~
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said mortqaqe, •
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the efEect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqaqe on the remaininq part '
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. -
