WH$RSAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a ~
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", i
by Indenture bearinq date of September ~6, 1968, and recorded in f
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First Nation~l Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHER$AS, the said mortqaqor has requaa ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, TH$R~FORE, The said mortga3ee, in consideration of .
the payment of the swn of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is ack~owledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqage unto the said mortqaqor, its successora and assigns, that
certain port~on of the premises canveyed by said mortgaqe. more '
particularly described as follows:

said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the nartgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of said nartqaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaininq part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. _
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
instrwnent to be signed at Jacksonville on this 3lst day of
