RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MSN BY THES~ PRESBNTS:
WHERBAS, Haliday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortqaqor", ~
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County ~
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, paqe
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentiohed.
AND WH$REAS, the said mortgaqor has rec~ue~tedthe said
mortqagee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortqaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payinent~of the swa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more '
particularly described as follows: .

~~Y~ AMERICA AT ST. LUC E, INC., SECTION B, as the same
a a„~,r u~ appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortqagor, its successo{s and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, -
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaininq part
of said mortqaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of ~
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgaqee has caused this
