RSLEASS AND SA'rISFACTION
KNOW ALL MSN BY THESB PRESENTS:
WHSREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ~e "mortqaqor",
by indenture bearinq date of Septeiaber Z6, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
og St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Sook 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett First National Hank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "mortqaqee", and
its ~ssigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
' the pa~yment of the sum of Three 8undred Thousand t$300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WH$RBAS, the said mortqaqer has reques ted the said
mortgaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said raortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowladqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortgage unto the said mortqaqor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqage, more ~
particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the. appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lier~ of said mortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or di.minish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaining part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof. . ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
