RELEAS$ AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL i~iSN BY THSSE PRESENTS :
WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as ihe "mortqaqor",
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, 1968, and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 173, page
2654, granted and conveyed to Barnett.First National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, herein~fter referred to as "mortgaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said nwrtgagor has reque~ ted the said
mortqaqee to release the premises hereinafter described, beinq
part of said mortgaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortqaqe.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the sum of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said
mortqaqe unto the said mortqagor, its successors and assiqns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more
particularly described as follows:

~.a appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in the
said Clerk's Office in Plat Book 14, paqe 44, to which
place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO AOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgaqe,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothinq ~
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortqage on the remaining part
of said mortgaqed premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
; the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
` IN WITNESS WBEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this
