WHBREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Luc«e, in ~ p~~TRpg
Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the mo~~RCU17 COW T~
by Indenture bearinq date of September 26, I968, and re e n
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court fn and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Itecord Book 173, paqe
2654, qranted and conveyed to Barnett Fisst National Bank,
Jacksonville, Florida, hereinafter refez:~ed to as "mortqaqee", and
its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure
the payment of the sum of Three Hundred Thousand ($300,000) Do2lars,
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqaqor has requ~e~ ted the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereir.after described, beinq
part of said mortqaqed premises, from the lien and operation of
said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortqaqee, in consideration of
the payment of the swaa of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars to it in
hand paid, the receipt of which is ackn~~ledqed, does remise, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharqe from the lien and operation of said
mortgaqe unto the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that
certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortqaqe, more ~
particularly described as follows:

place specific reference is hereby made for a specific
description of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortqagor, its successors and assiqns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharqed of and from the lfen of said u?ortgage,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter o= diminish the effert,
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgaqe on the remaininq part
of said mortqaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof. .
IN WITNESS WIiEREOF, the said Mortqagee has caused this
instrument to be signed at Jacksonville on this 21st day of
March , 1969.
