I, AGNES LOCHRIE NEVLING, of 109 N. E. River Drive, Fort
Lauderdale,.Broward County, Florida, being of sound mind and dis--
posing ~ry, do hereby tnake, publish and declare this to be my
Last Wfll and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and .
Codicils by me made. ~ . . -

I direct that all of my just debts and ~uneral expenses
be paid by my Executor, hereinafter appointed, as soon af ter my
death~as practical. ~ .
~ _ ' II.
I give, devise and bequeath to my Trustees hereinafter
~ named One Thousand (1,000) shares of the capital stock of Broward
~ National Bank, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to have and to hold the
same and to accumulate the net income therefrom and to pay the said -
net income therefrom, on a semi-annual basis, to my husband,
W. E. NEVLING, JR., during his lifetime; provided however, that the
said Trustees shalY have the right, in their absolute discretion,
to sell the aforesaid stock of Broward vational Bank and substitute
therefore other securities in its place and stead, in which event
the income from said substituted securities shall be paid by the
said Trustees, semi-annually, to my said husband during his lifetime.
Upon the death of my said husband, my said Trustees shall
pay over the corpus and accrued interest of said fund according to
the terans of the residuary clause of this, my Lase Will and Testament.
