III. .
I give, devise and bequeath to my Trustees, hereinafter
named, one.third (1/3) of the principal and accrued interest of tha
Trust Fund created by my father, John Lochrie, by an Agreement
~ dated May 19, 1922, between my said father and the National City ~
Bank of New York, 55 Wall Street, New York City, N. Y., in trust,
nevertheless, to have and to hold the same to pay semi-annually to
my said husband, W. E. NEVLING, JR., the income from said sum durirg
his lifetime.
The remaining two thirds C2/3) of the principal and .
accrued interest of the Trust Fund created by my father, John
Lochrie, by an Agreement dated May 19, 1922, between my said father .
and the National City Bank of New York, 55 Wall Street, New York '
City, N. Y., to be divided in equal shares and distributed at my
-death to my two (2) sons, WILLIAM EDWARD NEVLING III and J4HN THOMA.S
NEVLYNG, absolutely and forever, per stirpes and not per capita.
Upon the death of my said husband, the principal and ~
! accrued interest of said fund shall be disposed of according to the

t terms of the residuary clause of this my Last Will and Testament.
IV. ~
I give, devise and bequeath to my Trustees hereinafter
named one third (1/3) of the income derived from the property known
as Vevling Parking Lot, N. E. River Drive, Fort Leuderdale, Florida, .
to have and to hold the same and tio pay semi-annually to my said
husband, W. E. NEVLING, JR., the income from.said'property during •
his lifetime. -
Upon the death of my said husband, the principal and ~
accrued interest of said fund shall be disposed of according to the
terms of the residuary clause of this, my Last Will and Testament.
