I give, devise and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars
($1,000.00) to the orgarization of the Diocese of Miami, Florida,
Roman Catholic Church, that supports and~maintains~a Home for
Orphans, (St. Joseph's Villa, Miami, Florida).
VI.
I give,devise and bequeath to my sister, ~iINNIS L. DICKEY,
~of Sunrise Blvd., Fort Pierce, Florida, my emerald ring and bracelet, _
to have and to use during her lifetime.
Upon her death, or in the event that MINNIE L. DICKEY
should predecease me, then, in the event of either, this personal

property shall become a part of my estate and disposed.of according
to the terms and conditions of the residuary clause of this, my
Last Will and Testament. '
VII. •
All the rest of my estate, both real and personal, of what- .
ever nature and wherever situated, including, without limitation,

all property acquired by me af ter the execution of this will, alY
property over which I may have a power of appointment, and all
lapsed legacies and bequests, I direct my Executor to divide into
two C2) equal parts, and to dispose of the same as follows:
(a) I give one of such equal parts to my Trustees, in
~ trust, for the following uses and purposes: to take control and
management thereof, and to invest and reinvest the principal and
keep the same invested, and to receive the income therefrom, and
after paying the reasonable and proper expenses of the Trust, to pay
the income therefrom to my son, WILLIAM EDWARD NEVLING IIY, in equal
monthly installments, to provide for his suitable support, education
and maintenance, adding any unused income to the principal at the
end of each year.
