(b) I give the other of such equal parts to my Trustees,
in trust, for the following uses ard purposes: to take control and ~
maragement thereof, and to invest and reinvest the principal and
keep the same invested, and to receive the income therefrom, and,
after paying the reasonable arid proper expenses of the Trust, to pay
the income to my son, JOHN THOMAS NEVLING, in equal monthly install-
inents, to provide for his suitable support, education and maintenance,
adding any unused income to the principal at the end of each year:
~ (c) The Trust2es shall distribute the principal of the
trust to the beneficiary entitled, whenever the Trustees, within
their sole discretion, agree that the said benef iciary is capable of
managing, handling and investing his share of the corpus of the trust.
(d) In the event of the death of my sons, or either of
them, prior to the termination of this Trust, then the Trustee shall -
distribute the principal of the Trust to his then living children,

and, if none shall then be living, then the principal of the Trust
shall be distributed to my other son, or his issue, per stirpes.

distribution thereof shall be postponed by the Trustees until such ~
beneficiary attains the age of twenty-one (21) years and qualif ies
as a free dealer. In the meantime, the Trustee shall pay su~h part
of the income on such portion, and the principal thereof, as the
Trustees shall deem necessary or proper to provide for such benef i- ~
ciary's suitable support, education, and maintenance, adding any
unused income to the principal at the end of each year.

~ ( f) Whenever and as of ten as any benef iciary of the trus t
to whom payments are herein directed to be made shall be under a
legal disability, or, in the sole judgment of_the Trustees, shall
otherwise be unable to apply such payments to his or her own best
