.interest and advantage, the Trustees may make all or any portion of ~
such payments by expending the same for the benef it of the benef i-
ciary, or by making payments to the legal guardian or conservator of ,
such benef iciary, or to a relative of such beneficiary to be expendad
for the benef iciary's benef it; and the decision of the Trustee in
each such case. shall be binding upon alI beneficiaries hereunder.
(g) No person dealing with the Trustees shall be obliged
to inquire as to their pewers or to see to the application of any
money or property delivered to them. The.Trustees shall not be re-
quired to obtain authority or approval of any court in the exercise
of any power conferred upon them hereunder. The Trustees shall not ~
be required to furnish a bond f or the proper perf ormance of their ~
, -
duties hereunder. ~
VIII.
I direct that all legacies and devises and all stiares and
interests in my estate, whether principal or income, while in the
~hands-of my Executor or Trustees, shall not be anticipated, alienated,
or in any other manner assigned or transferred by the legatee, ~ _
devisees, or beneficiary, and such interest shall be for the sole -
and separate use of the legatees, devisees and benef iciaries, and
shall be free and exempt from anticipation, execution, assignment,
pledge, attachment, distress for ~ent, and other legal or equitable ~
process which may be instituted by.and on behalf of any creditor or
. assignee of such legatee, devisee, or benef iciary, or his spouse.
IX.
In the event that either of my said sons shall predecease
me, leaving the other of my said sons surviving, then and in that
event, I give, devise and bequeath to the survivor of them all of
the rest, residue and remainder of my estate upon ttie conditions
hereinabove set forth. • ~
